I saw this announcement last night. We are flying JB on 12/11 and are having a difficult time finding a PCR test location (within a 2hr drive!) that would provide results within 72hrs. So this is GREAT news!! Although it is a month away, so fingers crossed, as things can change on a daily basis.

When Aruba first re-opened their borders to the US, I know some folks that were taking and submitting the at-home Pixel Labcorp test. Aruba was accepting that test for the 1st week or 2 (don't quote me on time-frame!) and then it was moved to the "Not accepted" list. After reading up on Vault's testing procedure, it's my understanding that you have to schedule a Zoom meeting with someone from Vault in order to take your test supervised by a healthcare professional.

Will be interested in hearing from folks who opt for this in the coming weeks

I'm interested. I went thru the application process till the end on ordering kit but did not submit. I just wanted to know how much it would cost. It's $119 and they state they will provide you a receipt that you can submit to your health insurance but up to them if they want to approve. They accept HSA and FSA.

If I were going that would be the option I would choose even if I could get one for free going to my own doctor....I am avoiding the doctors office like the plague, lol. Sick people go to the doctors and I prefer not getting sick.
June 8th - can't get here quick enough!

How fast do you get your results from Vault? Within the 72 hour window? We just booked our JB flights for March, great rates, but not sure I would trust this Vault process. They state they will get you thru the test with Zoom, but then you have to ship if off to them. Seems like it would take more than 72 hours from testing til you get results to upload. Correct me if I am wrong.

ArubaAce - I wonder if the price varies depending on where you live (read that as "where they have to ship the kit to"). I went on their website today and went thru the process (same as you, did not submit) and it was $150

I just filled out the form all the way thru, til it asked for my credit card info.
So I could not get the final dollar amount.
