Car rental that's delivered to your resort.

Hello everyone. Can anyone tell me if there is a car rental company in Aruba that still delivers the car rental to your resort and picks it up. Just tried about three and could not figure out if they do this. Thank you. Tim.

You should contact your resort's concierge, they probably have a list of companies that deliver and pick up cars and jeeps.

Yes Rentals offers pick up and delivery. We have had good experiences with them - great communication and on-time track record.
The best trip is the next trip. Anxiously waiting to book something.

If you are keeping the car for your vacation it actually is most economical to rent a car for your arrival at the airport. It will save you the cab fare to your hotel. The car companies will pick you up at the airport and bring you to their rental site. It is quick and easy. Wheels2Go, Royal Car, etc. all do this for you. When you are leaving Aruba you drive back to the rental site and then they take you to the airport. That is a savings of about $75 on round trip cab fares. Just an idea for you to consider.

We have a different perspective on this. We don't usually have a direct flight option on the days of the week we travel so after a long travel day we enjoy getting a taxi ride to relax and look around and get the scoop on what we should try from our taxi driver. And on last day we get a taxi and have no concerns about getting fuel or dropping off the car or having a dead battery or a flat tire. What I have found for rates, you seem to get deals when you rent for either 3 days or a full week. Number of days in between those increments seem to result in higher per day rates.

Thank you all for your input. I do enjoy getting the Depalm Bus from the airport and back as we relax and enjoy the drive in and sadly out. Tim.

I have rented from Royal in the past and had them deliver the vehicle to the resort. I usually rent from them and use their pick up service to get the vehicle from the airport while the rest of the family waits for the luggage.
