When we were there in June 2022 and Dec 2021...all what we saw then appears to be the same as what you photographed.

Thinking the same thing. Looks the same as what we saw in March of 2022, but at that time, construction had been halted.

IMHO...Baby Beach use to be a lovely, calm area to spend a few hours or longer....now it is ticky tacky and we seldom head down that way anymore!
There was some activity not a lot. I'm used to construction here in states where the trades are tripping over each other. I'm thinking island time, supply issues, manpower or funding.
