After a year of their online access being "renovated" Elmar now have a new online access system (Whoopee !!).
Took me 5 mins to register with a bill to hand and provided me with virtually instant access to current and historic billing. Just for once it looks like they have got something right... The last year has been a pain with no online accessibility especially when we have been off the island. New system is a marked improvement.

Web are upgrading their Website too to allow SMS notification of bills. I have registered but it takes a few days to activate apparently.
