    17% of residents that were tested showed as positive.

    what percentage are positive upon arrival testing and percentage of non residents testing for exit?
    AIDTM THINK.. is it Thoughtful? Helpful? Inspirational? Necessary? Kind?

    I sent an email about a week ago asking about non resident positive cases but no one responded. Oh well. Active cases going down though and I read some info on vaccine as follows:

    As regards the vaccination program under way in Aruba the latest information published by Aruba’s Department of Health on April 22 is that 45,066 persons have been vaccinated. A mass vaccination effort to vaccinate between 10,000 and 15,000 people is planned for this weekend in Aruba.

    i wish they would make all visitors to aruba be tested before boarding the plane

    I did the math in one of these threads some time ago. It was very low, under 1% including both outgoing and incoming. You can calculate the amount of tests done on locals through the positivity rate. Then you subtract from the total number of tests and you'll see how many tests have been done under non locals and locals separately.
