I feel now that the delta variant is raising its ugly head, it is important to for people to know the numbers.

I guess, but I still hate that you have to do it. I know it's not your favorite thing to post either.

It's no fun at all but agree it is important with this darn variant. The numbers aren't getting a lot worse. Just not better. Wish they could provide more details but privacy laws I'm sure prevent them from doing so.

The only number that would be interesting to me is the number who get caught bringing it when tested upon arrival as they could have infected others. I like todays numbers....3 is not a worry to me at all.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop- you rock!
Trip 33 begins on July 15.

What is the current vaccination rate in Aruba? I haven't seen any updates.

In NY State and neighboring states, the positivity rate is rising due to Delta strain but the majority of positive cases are coming from unvaccinated people.

Fully vaccinated is around 60% - this is relative to the "legitimate" population estimate of 105,000. The percentage drops if you factor in illegal immigrants who may or may not be vaccinated.
