    0% of the residents tested were positive.

    (again the math is puzzling....if 1 resident was positive then how can it be 0% ?)

    I guess if they tested, let's say 160 people, then the positivity would be under 1%.

    Looks like they tested 407 if I did the math correctly on the 2 days. 1% of 407 would mean 4 people would have to have tested positive. If you divide 1 by 407 the rate is 0.25% a quarter of a percent.

    By the way Active cases decrease to 15. This is the lowest in a long long time. When they reopened July 2020 I think they started with 4 active cases.

    Your math is correct. If they test 100 people, 1% would be 1 person. If they test 150 it would be .666%.
