Curacao tested approximately 1000 (yes one thousand) people and only 1 positive case. What's up with Aruba??

I'm not expert so just speculation. Doing a little research seems like Curacao had a recent lockdown that ended a few weeks ago. So perhaps that is part of it? Again just a thought.

Different island, different protocols. In Curacao everyone that comes in besides the mandatory PCR test needs to take an antigen test on their 3rd day on the island. If Aruba had that requirement, we'd see a lot more than 1000 being tested. A measure that is way out of proportion according to the various economic/hospitality groups there.
