    Andrea is on vacation so I'm posting some updates from Aruba Travel Website. Cheers Andrea!

    May 6, 2021 – 15 new cases of COVID-19, and 23 recoveries reported. Active cases decrease to 131.

    The positivity rate among residents is 16%. There are currently 18 persons hospitalized, 5 of whom are in intensive care.

    As regards the vaccination program under way in Aruba the information published by Aruba’s Department of Health on May 5 is that 55,159 persons have been vaccinated.

    It's amazing the transformation Aruba made in getting Covid under control. Just goes to show a little strict measures and vaccines work.

    Still the rate is high 16% of those Residents tested were positive.
    DVG wants it to be less than 5%
