I was supposed to be there this week and postponed. We like going out for dinner around 7 then hitting the casino until wee hours, depending on our luck!! I was ok with the Casino closing at 11 pm, but to be home by 9 doesn’t appeal to me at all. I hope they will be re-evaluating this in a couple weeks to see if it makes a difference. Let’s hope the numbers start to go down.

I'm with you Jay....! We both have 'stumbled' back to our respective rooms well into the wee hours....!

Our Aruba.com site has not yet updated the curfew hours/ruling
    https://www.aruba.com/us/traveler-he...ments#measures

What I have read on other sites is that the curfew is now from 10p to 5a.
That means that restaurants, bars, casinos will be closing at 9.

For those of us that spend time with our Aruban friends, this poses difficulties.
For those of us that dine out a bit later in the evening, this too poses some difficulties.

Typically we dine out at 6 or 7 pm and are back at the timeshare unit by 8 or 9.
I guess we will be making adjustments so we get out casino time too.

I am still unclear if Restaurants and bars on hotel/resort properties have to follow these guidelines.

We all have to follow the curfew in place that begins today.
We are scheduled to go in 2 weeks, do you have any info on whether Aruba is thinking about closing its borders again. We don't want to get stranded there if it happens while we are on island.

As of now, there is no discussion that has been shared to me on closing borders.
There is much speculating going on with numerous Fb groups.
People are being ridiculous spreading "speculation rumors".

As far as being stranded.................when the island "closed" in March and people were advised/instructed to go home....the airlines did an exceptional job of getting folks back to where they originated from. (yes I know that some folks did not get exceptional service getting home, but I believe ion the scheme of things, those numbers were low)

Not a real issue for me. If I’m ever in the Casino it’s for no more than an hour and I tend to dine no later than 8. Hopefully the curfew helps with the numbers.
