The answer really depends on the airline and resort. Some have their guidelines for cancellation posted on their website.

For the most part, airlines did give out credits for future booking since the pandemic started last March up to the present. However, I heard in the news the other day that air travel is up and there is expectations that by May air travel will be back to what it was prepandemic days. They caution that the airlines may imposed their old rules of cancellation fees which are usually anywhere from $100 to $200.

The time share resorts, I've read stories from last year that some people did receive credit to use another time and some got diddly.. It depends on the resort.

the airlines may allow you to carry it as a credit.
    unknown about Divi Village

Does your travel insurance policy cover cancellations due to covid? (not the aruba mandatory insurance)

These are questions I would ask your airlines and timeshare directly. There are too many variables and they all have different cancellation policies depending on how you booked, when you booked, fare/rate, etc.

This "what if" scenario was really one of the most stressful parts of our most recent visit and why we have no future visits planned until the testing requirement in no longer in place. We were going to be out of luck on our timeshare rental if we couldn't go because we went through an owner. We fly American quite a bit and I would expect very little flexibility from them.
The best trip is the next trip. Anxiously waiting to book something.
