    My contact in Aruba at tourism just called. They posted a message on Aruba.com today about allowing fully vaccinated people in without testing effective 7/14 if they have a smart health card given by Walmart, Sams Club and a few others. I believe it’s electronic. Looks like for now they will not accept the white vaccination card most people received since one can buy fraudulent lookalike cards. Was told they will do this in phases.
