They are obviously first timers, nobody in their right mind would approach that side of the island by boat. They should have just beached on Palm Beach and scattered through the crowds. I can't tell in the video if that is a rescue swimmer or a survivor.

    From FRESH Aruba Radio

    CONCHI LOST

Aruba National Park Foundation announce that Conchi (Natural Pool) is closed to the public for the time being. Yesterday a boat was capsized in the Arikok Marine Protected Area and then hit the coast. Two barrels of gasoline and a lot of debris have gone into the Natural Pool (Conchi). At this time Aruba National Park Foundation is reviewing the damage and cleaning the area and the area. She indicates that it will take days for the area to be safe for recreation again. Restoration of this protected area will take months, if not years.

That was a rescue swimmer. I hope for the pool that it recovers quickly.
