Is it on the Palm Beach side or Eagle Beach side of the Phoenix?

It is between the Rui and Divi. It is actually closer to the Rui.

Embassy Suites is closer to the Phoenix.

Thanks. That is good because it gets kind of dark walking between the Divi Phoenix and the Riu at night. there are no lights in that area except for the police station so this will be great. My wife and me love to walk at night after dinner.

The St. Regis property is one of the hotel projects I actually favor. I too think that spot is very dark at night...having a high class hotel like the St. Regis will continue to bring a different visitor to the island. I also like Secrets to hopefully boost San Nicholas, and the Radisson property is a God send to replace that empty building that has been collecting dust for the better part of a decade...anyways.
