    12 days and 2 hours we will be landing.
    Please call or email AA or other air lines for perk related to flight changes, and never hurts to ask.
    I did and got us each $100.00 credit.

    Might I suggest, instead of calling back three times very politely just ask if you could speak to a supervisor. Sometimes that has worked for me. Best of luck.

    The only problem with asking for a supervisor is everyone is teleworking right now. I asked an agent a few weeks ago to speak to a supervisor and she explained to me that she would have to try and transfer me and wasn't sure it would work. It didn't and I got hung up on. When I called back I got a different agent who took care of my every request with no issues.
