    Outside your comfort zone?

Lots of folks do activities that I would be afraid to do............(might be age related )
Lots of folks will eat things that I would balk at.

    Complete this sentence....

In Aruba, I wish that I were brave enough to_________________________.

For me it might be sky dive, but I will never do it as it involves a small plane and jumping out of it

    Re: food.
I would love to be brave enough to try, even just a taste, of fried whole red snapper.
But, looking at it lying there on a plate makes me feel a bit nauseated.

Sky Dive, and for the same reasons... small baby plane and jumping out of it. I just can't bring myself to even consider it.

As far as food goes, I can't eat anything with the eyeballs still looking at me (minus lobster). Speaking of lobster, I have developed an allergy to shellfish in the past couple of years, so no more shrimp, lobster, crab, etc. I WISH I could still eat it, but I don't even dare try even a bite.

I also refuse to eat any raw seafood. The show "Monsters Inside Me" scared the heck out me!

In Aruba, I wish that I were brave enough to swing out on the rope and plunge into the ocean from one of the excursion boats! What fun that would be! So jealous of folks that can do that! I'm too old and too chicken!

    Food:
I would love to be brave enough to try, even just a taste, Stobas (stews) - hot comfort food in Aruba, sometimes its made with goat as its base. Also calco stoba (conch stew). I just don't see that happening for me.

that she never eats anything that had a mother or had a face.

I wish I was brave enough to go parasailing with my husband. Never happen. I don’t even go on the boat with him!

Food - I have to go with raw seafood/fish as well.

Swimming at the Natural Pool is a definite "no no" for me. That's the day the biggest wave in Aruban history would come crashing over those rocks and slap me right into them!!
I don't like eyes staring up at me from my plate of food either...

In Aruba, I wish that I were brave enough to_________________________.

I can't complete this sentence. I'll pretty much try anything once. Pam not so much, but she did jump out of a plane with me over Aruba. As I get older and wiser, there still isn't anything I'm afraid to do, but I know my limitations.
