In Aruba, I wish that I were brave enough to skydive but won't because of the jumping out of a hopefully good, small plane, as already mentioned. Plus there's a lot of cactus down there and I'm sure I would find the biggest, spiniest patch! Para and kite sailing looks amazing but I'm just too out of shape to even try now at my age.

Re: Food I'll try anything once but I don't want to deal with messy ribs or with the bones in whole fish (with or without the head).

I wouldn’t mind trying the sky diving but think I’m afraid of having a heart attack before hitting the ground. The closest thing to sky diving I’ve done is a ride in a 1940s open cockpit biplane. You know the red Barron kind. I even got to wear goggles!!

As for food I tend to be open to trying most things. I did swallow a scorpion once.

I thought it would be fun to swing on the rope off the boat, but as uncoordinated as I am, I'd probably smack into the side of the boat. I'd also like to try to climb Hooiberg.

I will try different cuisines, but I am not adventurous.
