    Sunburned Lips

I have struggled for years trying to find a good sunblock for my lips.
Lately I have been using a Neutrogena product with zinc oxide and it works ok but I am tired of just ok and want good.
I also am tired of the white lips from various lip sunblock goops.
I am in the sun and pool daily most days from 10 til 1.
The worst product for me is the Aruba Aloe lip sunblock and also Banana Boat and Sun Bum are pretty lousy for my needs.

    Someone recommended OKeeffe lip repair.
I have been using it for a week and my lips are in the best shape they have been in 12 yrs.

I have used a number of O’Keeffe’s products. They all work very well.

Ditto that.... even cracked skin at the tips of my nails in the winter time.
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the best of men!

Thanks Andrea. This has an SPF 35 which is so hard to find for lips. Did you find it in a local CVS type of store? We used the Aruba Aloe lip product and don’t like the white color.

Wow, thanks Andrea. We both had terrible lip damage due to the beach this summer. We saw this post and figured, we had nothing to loose. Got a 2 pack 3 days ago and our lips are already 100% better.
This forum also came thru on the woozie and papason as products we love.

Yes a woozie is a unigue coozie for a wine glass that someone recommended here a long time ago. Its ingenious. The lip balm works miracles.
