I often wish that Paul and I were in Aruba for more than a couple of weeks.
One of the things that I have longed to do was to attend a Murano glass bead making class at Terrafuse.

I always thought I would enjoy the bead making class. Maybe someday. The only drawback I see is working with a blow torch in the Aruba heat.

I asked someone about the heat in the studio and she said that there were a few huge fans that really circulated the air and it was not uncomfortable.

Good to know! I had looked into the workshops ages ago and at that time they were doing the workshops outside.

While I have not done a bead class at Terrafuse, I have been there twice via the Made in Aruba Tour with Wix Tours. The two owners are wonderful people and so inviting! Very nice to talk to and there are lots of fun things to purchase not only from them, but also from some other artisans. One thing I would highly recommend is bug spray though. Maybe it won't be so bad at other times of the year, but when I have been there both times, I was feasted on by skeeters.
