I don't walk or run to much anymore. Two lower back surgeries and old joint=to much pain, after the fact. So, I join BODYZONe Fitness Center for the duration of our trip, and use an Eliptical Cross Trainer, doing HIIT. Then I get a cold one...

I love walking especially in the early morning to see the sunrise. While at Divi I walk towards Tam and back. Last year I loved the walk at Hilton as more to see. I do miss walking on sand along water, years ago I had plantar fasciitis by day 2 I was walking like I was 100. Even though I don't have too many issues lately I do not dare try it, if i do it will be near end of vacation to be safe.

I loved walking the grounds at Oceania - lots of beautiful landscape and a few pools. I enjoyed doing that daily when I was there.
