I always come to this forum to see all the info that is shared. I love the topics posted and to see everyone’s answers. If I have a question, I love how fast it’s answered. There’s no judgement, snarky remarks, no question deemed stupid, etc. Everyone is very respectful. No need to look anywhere else!

I do occasionally find good info here and it's nice that so many are frequent visitors as well. But I usually am on FB once per day and it seems my news feed is filled with posts from Aruba! page and All Things Aruba. That is my main source. But now there are so many first time visitors that the questions are getting redundant. So, for me it's a toss up...here or FB

I think the forum is the ultimate source of information. I do read many of the ones mentioned here, however; while Angelo has great info, it is not on a daily basis. 24hora is good for things as they happen-more breaking news, like the times we were there and saw fires or when the power goes out. Bata Bleki is not daily and while informative, it is also one sided sometimes. Aruba Today generally has more info aimed at tourist and news from around the world. It doesn't get to some of the things that is bad for tourism. Like the fires were never mentioned or other things that may deter tourism. I am on FB groups, but more to see pictures people post of the beaches, sunsets, and places, etc. when I am missing Aruba. I don't really get info from there.

However, the forum covers it all. Our moderators and contributors know the island and have sources and experience. I learned more from the people here than any of the sites combined, especially as a homeowner. It is also a place to foster friendships and share common interest in a place we all love. Trip reports help me get through the times we are not there. The knowledge here is the best. Also, helping others navigate a trip or purchasing a vacation place is giving back.

The forum is part of may daily routine. I hate missing it when life gets hectic. It is something can depend on. I can depend on the information being correct and on the people and can call friends, even if we have never met in person. We share a common love of Aruba.

The forum is number one and most days. Like others I also check out 24 hora and Aruba today for island news.
