Diantha Boekhouwer

Aruba-born Diantha Boekhouwer is very passionate about culinary experience and turned that into her profession. As a former employee of the Aruba Tourism Authority she spearheaded the organization of Aruba's Culinary Fest Authentico, a multi-day event that showcases local culinary talent, food, craft cocktails and more. 

Diantha also served as team manager for Aruba’s culinary delegation at “Taste of the Caribbean, a major regional culinary event, and in her capacity as Niche Specialist at Aruba Tourism Authority showcased Aruba as a preferred destination for weddings, honeymoons and the largest Caribbean vow-renewal event Aruba I Do.

In her spare time Diantha enjoys spending her days on Aruba's many beaches, walking her dogs on the north coast and indulging in passion fruit sorbet. She joined the Rotaract Club of Aruba, an international service club for young professionals. Diantha served as President in 2019-2020, driving community projects and leadership initiatives in Aruba.
