Mr. Carlos Bislip's Jazz Appreciation Month 2023 - or JAM Jazz.
This year, the event will be FREE of charge, and held on Saturday, 29 April 2022 & Sunday April 30th at Kulture Café at the monumental building Nicolas Store in our cultural district of San Nicolas . The night will feature entertainment by Reno Steba band, Caribbean Combo, Kris Kross group, and Carlos Bislip's septet. It will highlight the female contribution to the worldwide scene of Jazz.
The month of April is globally known as the month in which jazz is commemorated worldwide for its groundbreaking effect on all music genres. Around the world, talented musicians and jazz enthusiasts come together to celebrate jazz's legacy. Here in Aruba, it's no different. Under the directorship of Mr. Carlos Bislip, talented local musicians, and artists gather to put on a spectacular show in honor of Jazz.
