Under the glow of the full moon, Kokoa presents a special beachside dining experience set at the westernmost point of the Dutch Kingdom.
Taking place on Sunday, February 1st, starting at 6:00 PM, this evening features a carefully composed three-course dinner for 69 florins per person, served directly on the sand.
With the rhythm of the ocean nearby and a relaxed nighttime atmosphere, the Full Moon Beach Dinner blends refined flavors with an unforgettable coastal setting.
The Menu
Appetizer
Choose between:
• Potato Soup with truffle, bacon bits, and scallions
• Kokoa’s Favorite: Soup of the day with tuna tataki, chicken dumplings, and sweet-and-sour vegetables
Main Course
Select one option:
• Herb-Crusted Salmon (8 oz) served with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and lemon-parsley sauce
• Tenderloin (6 oz) accompanied by sweet mashed potato, crispy funchi, grilled bimi, and chimichurri
Dessert
• Brownie with blueberries, dulce de leche, and cookie crumble
