We are a travel planner with local concierge services focused on group travel to Aruba.

Aruba Hostess specializes in creating customized trips, unique activities, and professional concierge services to small and medium-size groups visiting Aruba.

We take care of all vacation needs in Aruba from start to finish.

From rental accommodation (with staff), transportation, day-to-day itineraries, tours & activities, event set-up, private chef, private boat trips, private BBQ Chef with cocktail service, poolside catering, childcare and anything else they might need.

We target the following groups: family reunions, friends trips, girls' getaways, corporate trips, bachelor/bachelorette trips, and weddings. We make each trip to Aruba effortless for these groups.

Guests will have one point of contact for all their questions, bookings, and payments before and during their stay.
Each traveler has access to their account online with a complete overview of all their trip details.
We also provide an app so they can find all their trip details offline as well.

Inside the overview online and in the app they will find:
Their accommodation with all details and instructions.
Day-to-day activities with all needed information and instructions
Transportation overview.
Vouchers, contracts, invoices and receipts are all kept within their account. Furthermore, payment details per item are outlined and with a total amount and amount per person.
