Que Pasa in the Wilhelminastraat is spreading her wings these days.
Now, Que Pasa is winking at Mexico, in particular Mexican cuisine. On Wednesday, June 20 it is time for lots of aiaiaiaas and whooping, as the menu for this event is truly amazing.
A Mexican bean soup with sour cream and nachos is the appetizer of the evening. The main course is three-fold: buaracheeses with a Mexican topping, a sweet potato filled with shrimp, avocado and corn and a tortilla wrap with steak, gratinated cheese and guacamole. A lovely, sweet mango mousse with chocolate ice cream is for dessert.
