50 % Deposit is required when  making a reservation. Reservation must be paid in full prior to arrival

In the high season Dec 16 – April 18 , – 45 days prior to arrival reservation needs to be paid in full.

If reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to the arrival date – 100% of reservation is refundable - minus the one night refundable.

If reservation is cancelled between 15-45 days to the arrival date, 50% of the payment made is refundable

Any cancellation made in 14 day or less prior to the arrival date, any payments made  is not refundable
