Chef Virgilio Martínez
Peruvian Chef Virgilio Martínez celebrates global biodiversity through cuisine. Founder of Central (Lima), voted The World's Best Restaurant in 2023 and now in the Best of the Best Hall of Fame after setting a new standard for world cuisine. Co-founder of MIL (Cusco) alongside Pía León, creator of MAZ (Tokyo), and co-founder of Mater, a biocultural sciences institute dedicated to researching Peru’s ecosystems to develop new forms of creation. His work is driven by a simple motto: "Afuera hay más" (there’s more out there).
Luca Cinalli
Luca Cinalli is a Freelance Expert in the hospitality business. With 23 years of experience in the sector, Luca Cinalli has developed exceptional skills as a Bartender, Waiter, and Chef, and has earned worldwide recognition as a Master Trainer & Bar Consultant. Following his international experience in Italy, France and the UK working in Michelin-starred restaurants, he settled down in London, where he played a key role in shaping the Bar Industry. As Head Bartender of Nightjar and Bar Manager of Oriole, he also worked in Tiki bars and classic cocktail bars, where strategy, personalization, and customizing were at the core of his success. Luca Cinalli is now a Freelance Expert in the Hospitality business, consulting with his team at a Global level.
