What are the dates and times of the event?
The Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival will take place from October 7 to 13, 2024, and is divided into three parts:

Autentico Restaurant Week: From Monday, October 7th to Friday, October 11th, participating restaurants will host events, offer discounts, or feature special menus. The discounts, private events and special menus during the festival week can be found on our restaurant week page.

Bucket list experiences: These limited seating events are designed to delight your taste buds and ignite your culinary curiosity, with international acclaimed chefs taking you on a unique culinary journey.

The Pavilion at Wilhelminastraat: During the weekend of October 12th and 13th, there will be a culinary festival in the streets of Aruba’s capital Oranjestad, in the streets surrounding historic Wilhelminastraat.

Where can I buy tickets for The Pavilion at Wilhelminastraat?
Tickets can be purchased at https://www.aruba.com/us/autentico/buy-tickets, at the entrance during the event or at Super Food Plaza.
How much do tickets cost for The Pavilion at Wilhelminastraat?
Weekend pass - Afl. 54 / $30
Day pass for Saturday or Sunday - Afl. 36 / $20
What does the ticket for The Pavilion at Wilhelminastraat include?
The Weekend Pass (Afl.54 / $30) will give you access to the full venue for both days and includes Afl. 30 / $16 in food and beverage credit, an Autentico reusable stemless wine glass, and an RFID wristband, allowing you to easily top-up or pay at each booth.

The Day Pass (Afl.36 / $20) will give you access to the full venue on Saturday or Sunday, and includes Afl. 20 / $11 in food and beverage credit, an Autentico reusable stemless wine glass, and an RFID wristband, allowing you to easily top-up or pay at each booth.
How do I enter The Pavilion at Wilhelminastraat?
You will need to show your digital or printed tickets to our staff during the check-in process at the entrance. This is where you will receive your wristband, with the option to top-up immediately for consumption.
How and when do I get my RFID wristband for The Pavilion?
Wristbands can be picked up at the designated location(s) during the week of October 7-11. Locations to be announced.

Wristbands can also be picked up at the entrance of the Festival on October 12 and 13.
How can I top-up my RFID wristband?
If you would like to add more credit to your wristband, this can be done at the entrance or at top-up stations throughout the food festival area. Top ups can also be done prior to the weekend by clicking the top up link on your ticket.
What payment methods are available for ticket purchase?
Visa, Mastercard, iDeal (NL), Multibanco.
Will there be ATMs available on-site?
There are no ATMs in Wilhelminastraat. However, cash is not necessary at The Pavilion. You can top up your wristband at the entrance or at top-up stations throughout the food festival area with your credit card/debit card.
Can I use credit/debit cards at food stalls/vendors?
You can top up your wristband with credit cards and debit cards, but you can’t pay the food stalls directly.
Will my remaining balance be reimbursed automatically?
The remaining balances will be donated to a good cause by the A.T.A.
Is the festival wheelchair accessible?
Most restaurants participating in "Restaurant Week" are wheelchair accessible. The Pavilion is outdoors, on the streets of Oranjestad.
Will there be restrooms at The Pavilion?
Yes, there will be restrooms on location.
Do children have to pay?
Children 12 and up have to pay the entrance fee.
How long does it take to receive my ticket when purchased online?
It can take 5 min to 3 hours, depending on how fast the bank processes the payment.
I have a reservation at a restaurant in Wilhelminastraat during the event. Will I be able to enter The Pavilion to go to the restaurant?
Yes, please indicate at the entrance of The Pavilion.
Are there any accommodations nearby?
Nothing is too far in Aruba. All restaurants and The Pavilion are only a short (cab) ride away. If you want to stay in walking distance from The Pavilion at Wilhelminastraat, we would recommend you search for hotels in Oranjestad or vacation rentals in Oranjestad.

Will there be opportunities for interviews with key figures?
The A.T.A’s press team will arrange interviews for media members interested in speaking with local chefs, international guest chefs and mixologists, and festival organizers.
Can media outlets receive press passes or special access?
The A.T.A will invite members of the press and media to experience the Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival with a guided tour. Press badges will be provided, allowing you to continue to enjoy the festival after the tour.
