On Friday, October 17, join Chef Jaime Pesaque of Mayta, ranked among The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and Chef Teddy Bouroncle for an Autentico bucket-list experience. Begin the evening on our terrace at 6 PM with a welcome cocktail and live music, followed by an indoor 5-course wine-pairing dinner at 7 PM. The evening is $295 + 18% service charge, which includes a welcome cocktail and a 5-course wine-pairing dinner. Reservations are required.
Michelin-starred Chef Tim Golsteijn of Bougainville, Amsterdam, invites you to an extraordinary dining experience at Eskama Cucina Italiana. On Friday, October 17, the evening begins with the timeless Art of Champagne Sabering ritual at Akira Back, followed by an exclusive atelier tour with canapés. Guests will then indulge in a six-course wine-pairing dinner, artfully uniting refined European flavors with the vibrant essence of Aruba. Each course will be elevated with curated fine wines, promising a night of artistry and indulgence. The evening is $250 + 15% service charge, which includes the champagne sabering ritual, atelier tour, canapés, and six-course wine-pairing dinner. Reservations are required.
