but food we like.

Autentico 2025 has come to a close, but the memories and the flavors linger. For nine days, the island came alive with dishes that tell the story of Aruba’s rich heritage, diverse influences, and fearless creativity. From local favorites to international chefs, every bite celebrated culture, connection, and community.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, whether visiting from near or far. You helped make Autentico a true reflection of Aruba’s culinary soul.
