The Autentico Student Workshop gives students an opportunity to learn directly from experienced culinary professionals and discover the many possibilities within the world of food and hospitality. Through hands-on learning, conversations, and exposure to different culinary perspectives, students can explore their interests, develop new skills, and gain a better understanding of what a future in the culinary industry can look like. It is an opportunity to learn beyond the classroom, meet professionals who have built careers in the industry, and be inspired to see where their own talents can take them.
The Autentico Industry Seminar brings together Aruba’s culinary and hospitality professionals for a day of learning, conversation, and knowledge exchange. Featuring local and international experts, the seminar explores ideas and practices shaping the industry today, from guest experience and hospitality to food waste management and responsible industry practices. Participants gain access to new perspectives and insights they can bring back to their own businesses and teams.
